Overview of the performance of ultrafiltration equipment:

(1) Based on the original turbidity, impurity content, and water quality standards of the customer’s water supply, as well as customized design according to the URS, the system can be matched with the optimal configuration for different operating conditions.

(2) Modular integrated design: the pretreatment unit and ultrafiltration main unit are assembled into a single integrated frame. The overall structure is compact and occupies minimal space, making on-site installation, relocation, and commissioning straightforward.

(3) Standardized industrial design: equipment pipelines, components, and control systems are all configured according to standardized standards, ensuring the long-term continuous and stable operation of the system and consistent compliance with water quality standards.

(4) The use of cross-flow filtration technology, combined with a design for recirculating concentrated water, enables efficient recycling of water resources, significantly reducing water wastage, and promoting environmental sustainability and energy conservation.

(5) The entire system is equipped with a fully automated PLC intelligent control system, which automatically performs all processes such as water production, gas-water backwashing, forward washing, drainage, and maintenance of membrane components, thereby significantly reducing labor costs for operation and maintenance.

(6) The design adheres to ergonomic principles, making it user-friendly. The interface is simple and intuitive, and the piping layout is organized. Maintenance of the equipment, replacement of filters, and routine upkeep are straightforward and convenient.

(7) The ultrafiltration main unit operates fully automatically throughout the process. It can be started and stopped with a single button, requiring no dedicated personnel to monitor it. The entry barrier for operation is low, making it suitable for continuous operations in factories on a regular basis.

(8) The pretreatment system is equipped with an automated control valve assembly, which supports automatic filtration and automatic backwashing. It also retains a manual operation mode, allowing for flexible adjustment of the cleaning intensity. This ensures the thorough removal of sediments, colloids, and suspended particles, thereby guaranteeing the effectiveness of the pretreatment filtration process.

(9) Equipped with online pressure, flow rate, and turbidity monitoring devices, it can real-time monitor the operation status of the equipment and the water quality of the output water. It can promptly detect anomalous data and provide comprehensive protection to ensure the stable and safe quality of the output water.

(10) The equipment features built-in low-voltage protection, high-voltage overload protection, water shortage shutdown protection, and overload disconnection for multiple safety features, effectively preventing issues such as equipment idling and overpressure damage, thereby extending the lifespan of the equipment.

(11) The core ultrafiltration membrane assembly employs industry-leading brand-name imported/high-end domestic membrane components, which exhibit strong resistance to contamination, stable flow rates, and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The overall stability of the equipment’s operation is extremely high.

(12) Special high-precision ultrafiltration membranes with uniform and precise pore sizes, capable of efficiently capturing colloids, bacteria, sediment, and large molecular organic substances in water. The filter has high precision, large flow capacity, low energy consumption, and excellent resistance to fouling and blockages.

(13) The main equipment piping, frame, and core components are made from materials from internationally renowned brands in the industry.
